Thanks for considering Vintage Event Hire! We are a small melbourne business and hope to service your wedding, party or whatever event you want to hold with our Vintage Tableware!
Find your event date and select it in the middle of the date range.
If your event is on the 9th of December, start the booking on the 8th or the 7th, and it will automatically make you finish it a few days later on the 10th or 11th. These will be your pickup & drop off days.
We normally suggest that you have more time after the event for cleanup & packup but its up to you. Any flexibility on these dates and times can be arranged with us.
(if there is a 1 day overlap with another booking, please contact us and we'll sort out the booking for you)
Choose your tableware package!
Start with your table bundle. How many guests do you expect? If you have 112 RSVP'd then you need 12 bundles of our Vintage Table Settings.
You have the option to select the style as well which will sub out the vintage cutlery type silverware instead of stainless steel vintage cutlery. We suggest this to be done for the wedding party table at least to add a little bit of extra levels of special to your day.
Pay in full now or pay a portion, as well as general deposits
We can be flexible to you and let you pay a part of the whole booking prior. We need some payment beforehand, as well as the general refundable deposits to secure your booking.
